Exercising is essential, especially as you get older. Our programme helps our seniors to stay fit and self-reliant. It improves coordination, strengthen muscles, amongst other health benefits.

Our seniors programme is ideal for adults aged 55 and above.

Aerobic Class in Pool

BEGINNER

Introduce water skill:​

  • Basic water safety skill - safe entry and exit from pool

  • Water confidence and independence in the water

  • Proper breathing technique, body position, floating (water’s surface in the prone (front) and supine (back) position) and coordination

  • Basic one of the swimming strokes - freestyle (front crawl)/ Breaststroke

  • Basic safety knowledge of water environment and in the water.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Learn new strokes and improve swimming with healthy lifestyle.

  • Learn freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke

  • basic survival skill in deep water

Improve fitness and confidence of deep water. Swimmers can swim at least 200m.
